This page was designed to share with you information about the J.F. Witter Teaching & Research Center in Old Town, Maine. We have a herd of Holstein cattle as well as several Standardbred horses. This site will introduce you to our animals, programs, and history; as well as share some background information on production agriculture, particularly dairy farming.
